Introducing the Sacred Sessions!
The Sacred Sessions have been adapted from the in-person groups I facilitate called the Sacred Circle. I’m happy to now offer this transformational program online. The Sessions are intended to facilitate your personal growth and lead to more peace, love and joy in your life. Through topics for your consideration, brief written exercises and meditations, the Sacred Sessions, when used regularly, create positive conditions in the mind. They can also aid in personal healing.**
My goal is to help you create the life of your dreams by bringing your mind, body and spirit into a state of honor for yourself and others (and therefore, your Creator). With the assistance of your angels I’ll help you connect to your inner wisdom and grow in love for yourself. If you are already content in your spirituality, I offer you easy tools to help you stay centered there. The Sacred Sessions are infused with high vibration words and the highest of intentions for your best life. Throughout the Sessions we gratefully accept the loving support and assistance of our angels.

Would you like to connect to more joy in your daily life? This class will help you do just that! Through a joy discussion, two quick and easy writing assignments and a soothing meditation, you will pick up a few tools that you can refer back to over and over. Class contains a full-length meditation called The Enchanted Forest. We will do a healing exercise in the Enchanted Forest assisted by the tiniest of angels: Fairies.
